The Four Seasons Constitution is a set of requirements that the rides must fulfill in order to be called World Naked Bike Rides and it covers the ethics of the rides in full, It is also in part a legally binding agreement between all the rides in the Four Seasons region. As custodians of the constitution, it is our duty to see to it that it is if necessary enforced. For a change to happen to the constitution, all the members of the Four Seasons management must vote and agree to any changes. It is our responsibility as the administrators and custodians to administrate over any voting process in all constitutional issues.

CONSTITUTION OF THE FOUR SEASONS RIDES ONLY
The Four Seasons Collective exists to support, coordinate, and uphold the values of the World Naked Bike Ride (WNBR) within the Four Seasons network of rides. The WNBR is a global, peaceful, celebratory environmental protest highlighting the vulnerability of cyclists, the harms of car culture, and the urgent need for sustainable transport. By riding clothing-optional, participants symbolise both personal freedom and the exposure cyclists face on city streets. This Constitution establishes the shared principles, responsibilities, and standards that guide all Four Seasons rides.

Article 1 — Purpose of the Four Seasons Rides
All rides within the Four Seasons Collective shall:
1). Communicate the global WNBR message opposing oil dependency and car-dominated transport systems.
2). Promote cycling as a joyful, practical, and environmentally responsible mode of transport.
3). Celebrate body-positivity, personal freedom, and non-sexualised nudity in public space.4). Provide a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all adult participants.

Article 2 — Core Principles
All Four Seasons rides operate according to the following principles:
1). Non-commercial ethos
Rides are strictly non-commercial and non-consumerist.
No financial or material sponsorship may be accepted from commercial enterprises or political parties.
2). Public accessibility
Participation is free of charge and open to the general public.
3). Clothing-optional participation
Riders may choose their own level of clothing.
Organisers must not pressure participants either to disrobe or to remain clothed.
4). Safety and conduct
Stewards must report such behaviour to the police where appropriate.Aggressive, sexual, predatory, or harassing behaviour is not tolerated.
5). Age guidance
The WNBR does not advise persons under 18 to participate.
6). Environmental responsibility
Rides must minimise waste and adopt ecologically sound practises.

Article 3 — Organisation and Governance
1). Local autonomy
Each ride within the Four Seasons network is independent and self-organised by local volunteers.
All rides are equal in status.
2). Collective cooperation
Rides work together to uphold shared standards, support one another, and maintain the integrity of the Four Seasons network.
3). Democratic practise
Decisions should be made inclusively, transparently, and collectively wherever possible.
4). Financial sustainability
Costs must be kept to a minimum to ensure long-term viability.
The Four Seasons Collective is not responsible for any fees incurred by individual rides.

Article 4 — Legitimacy and Representation
To protect the integrity of the WNBR and the Four Seasons Collective:
1). Prohibition on external promotion
No person may advocate, promote, or demonstrate on behalf of any organisation or association not sanctioned by the WNBR during a ride or at ride-related events.
2). Social media and media representation
Rides must not use their platforms to promote unsanctioned organisations.
A ride that does so may be deemed illegitimate and removed from the Four Seasons list of recognised rides.
3). Website representation
Organisers must not promote unsanctioned organisations on official ride websites.
Breaches may result in removal from the list of legitimate rides.

Article 5 — Insurance and Liability
1). Insurance exclusion
Any person who promotes an unsanctioned organisation during a ride is not covered by any insurance associated with the event.
2). Third-party liability
If such a person is involved in an accident with a third party and is at fault, they are personally liable.

Article 6 — Amendments
1). Amendments to this Constitution may be proposed by any Four Seasons organiser or supporter.
2). Amendments require approval by the Four Seasons Management and Supporters group
3). Once approved, amendments apply only to rides within the Four Seasons Collective.
