| 1. | In order to add someone to the list of bans and restrictions, you must have three pieces of evidence that back each other up. You can add a person to the list for any of the following. |
| | 1. | Threatening behaviour towards the public or riders. | | 2. | Inappropriate behaviour of a sexual nature towards the public or riders. | | 3. | Inappropriate behaviour of a sexual nature while on a World Naked Bike Ride. | | 4. | If you receive via the internet any threat in an email or on social media. | | 5. | Assault either from the public or riders. | | 6. | Bringing the name of the World Naked Bike Rides into disrepute. |

| 2. | Each piece of evidence can not come from the same source. |
| 3. | Two or more members of the ride management of two or more unrelated rides must also agree that a person can be added to the list. |
| 4. | The police must also be informed. |
| 5. | It is no good saying that you informed the police you need to have proof of doing so. If you don't have the proof needed the person will be added to the investigations list. |
| 6. | Proof can be in the form of an incident number or a crime number. |
| 7. | Gather all of the evidence together with a photo showing the persons face and email it all to Four Seasons Law at this email address law@fswnbr.co.uk. |
| 8. | The police have free and unlimited access to the list at all times and can even make a request for a person to be added. |
| 9. | If the Police or the Courts need to add a person to the list they can do so by making a request in writing in the case of the police or by court order in the case of the courts. |
| 10. | If the police or the courts wish to make a request. The request must not be older than three months from the date of conviction in a court of law. |
